Small Businesses Slowly Recovering?

I found this interesting news from Reuters.com regarding how the small businesses look upon the slow recovery of the economy and how they are less optimistic about the future. Here's the excerpt of the report:
Small U.S. businesses became slightly less optimistic in June out of concern future sales will be soft, a survey released on Tuesday showed.

The National Federation of Independent Business said its monthly index of small business optimism slipped one point to a reading of 87.9 last month. It had gained 7.9 points since March, indicating a view the economy was stabilizing

"The economy is bouncing along the bottom and reorganizing itself to restart the growth process," said William Dunkelberg, chief economist for the NFIB.

Expense Management by the Employees

A few of the important element of the small to mid size businesses today are the daily financial and administrative process that allow the organizations to monitor and control expenses, payment and invoices tracking and organizing and managing work flow. It is vital that the function of these processes should be efficient to make a profitable operation for the business. However, with the increase of regulatory scrutiny, there is a need to supply a proper documentation which is necessary to be complied.

Small to mid size businesses usually have hundreds or even thousands of personal expenses every month, be it petty cash, expense returns or credit cards. One of the tedious thing about this is the preparation of the expense reports relevant to this. But with the availability of the expense report software from Certify, it will be very convenient for the organization to easily track and control the expenses. This system utilizes the power of the Internet to prepare, approve, process and even reimburse. Management can look at expenses by person, department, project, client or any other level of analysis. Here are the summary of the benefits of the expense management software that it will bring to companies when implemented:
